- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

- Certain items are non-refundable, including Opened Oils.
